We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Boutique Restaurant Kran Kreen. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with central heating to keep us cozy. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options including eggs, natural juice, and freshly baked bread. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, which offered tasty meals at a great price. The staff, especially Camila, were incredibly friendly and helpful. If we visit Punta Arenas again, we will definitely choose to stay here. we highly recommend this unique and welcoming hotel.

During our stay, we loved the stylishly designed rooms with top-quality cotton sheets which made for a great night’s sleep. Although the shower took a while to warm up, the water was perfectly hot and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant had great food. The location was great, just within walking distance to the plaza and the ocean, which offered a great view.

The price was slightly high compared to similar options in town.

We spent a lovely Christmas at a quirky hotel with friendly staff. The beds were comfy with top-quality sheets and the freshly cooked fish and chips were delicious. The hotel bar had a great selection of drinks and the location was convenient for exploring the city and the ocean.

Some rooms didn't have any views and the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. Some floors were dirty and lower skirting/walls marked.

rooms were stylishly designed and had comfortable beds with top quality cotton sheets, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the fresh fish & chips for dinner. The breakfast was also very acceptable with a variety of options.
